Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. We are located in Southern California, thus shipping time will vary depending on location. Shipments are based on business days (including express shipping). We do not process/ship orders during the weekends or holidays. Delivery time of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address entered on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer support team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.

Ground Shipping will be Determined at Checkout and take an average of 5-9 business days to deliver. Allow 3-4 business days to process. We use USPS for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Box addresses. Signature delivery is not required or included.

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
